Love Yourself by Feldiken 24/7 you work to do what your family needs Makin’ money, feeding tummies, being funny, chummy buddies There’s no pay and no way you can ever get enough sleep You can close your eyes in the grocery line, but you’re still up thinking ’bout your kids at night Time to be tender; you’re doing well Time to surrender and scream for help Time to remember to love yourself Can’t love them true, if you don’t love you Dad and Mom, you’re the bomb, so let’s explode it Rewind, blow up this grind of unrecognized overtime Partner up, just enough, so you control it Pay your way and give you breaks, 8-hour days, four-week vacas You need to do this with everyone else 100 assistants to give you help Right now this instant, just love yourself Bringing up those boys and girls is the biggest work in the whole wide world When your children are at war with you it’s just that they want some more of you They would each like twenty-four of you And if they grew, this is what they would say to you Take good care, so you’re there when we get older Remember to love your health, cause your health means more than you can tell Live real wild, so we smile as we get closer Live life with all your powers, cause your life means as much as ours Time to be tender; you’re doing well Time to surrender and scream for help Time to remember to love yourself Love yourself Love yourself Love yourself
